Bring us the workflow that keeps leaking time.

We use a short scoping call to decide whether there is a real pilot worth running. If the workflow is too broad, too early, or better served by another tool, we will say that directly.

The workflows that fit

  • After-hours voice and messaging intake
  • Supplier onboarding and vendor-master setup
  • Bank-feed reconciliation and posting
  • Denial intake and first-level appeal drafting
  • Operator-defined monitoring and alert routing

What happens on the scoping call

We pick the narrowest version of the workflow that can ship as a pilot, name the system boundary, and agree on what "done" looks like before anyone writes a prompt.

When we say no

If the workflow is too broad, the system of record is too fragile, or the team is not ready to operate the output, we say so. A clear no saves more time than a polite maybe.
